Innovators and founders in the blockchain sector have just got a boost in their startups as blockchain driven institute at Berkeley announced its accepting applications for a 12-week educational program. Dubbed the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator the Xcelerator is made up of 12 weeks of learning for the applicants to help them curve out high-end applications for use in the blockchain industry.
To be able to pull the educational program off, Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator had Berkeley X-Lab Fund backing it as the sponsor. But with a project of this magnitude, Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator had to work in conjunction with other faculties from the University of California, Berkeley. They are the Haas School of Business, Blockchain at Berkeley and Berkeley Engineering’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology. Through their combined efforts, the success of the educational program is guaranteed. Furthermore, the availability of resources at UC Berkeley coupled together with tech nerds from Silicon Valley applicants are bound to come out as tech experts at the end of the 12 weeks.

First and foremost the program main goal is to provide educational guidance and expertise to founders of the startups, expound on the opportunities available and help them tap into these opportunities. Furthermore, through the Xcelerator innovators will get access to necessary tools combined with knowledge. Similarly, they will be capable of curving out new ideas by the end of the program. Berkeley brings together a wealth of knowledge from its vast network of students, seasoned investors, faculty, alumni, and entrepreneurs.
